Death Star CollectablesIf you're looking for Star Wars Death Star collectables, an online auction is probably your best bet. Going to auctions was always the best way to find bargains on rare and unusual collectibles, including Star Wars and other science fiction memorabilia. Now, with Internet auctions, it's the best way to find a wide selection. Here are auctions for Death Star collectables currently running on eBay. These are live. Click on any of the listings for more information. If there are no listings above, there may be items available right now, or it may be a bug in the program. I recommend clicking over and doing a direct search for "Star Wars Death Star" or "Star Wars Imperial" or "Emperor collectible" or whatever suits your fancy. You might be surprised at what you find. The variety of items being auctioned at eBay never ceases to amaze me. By the way, if you collect Star Wars memorabilia, you might want to consider picking up Deborah Fine's Star Wars Chronicles. Ted Harper at Amazon says it's the "ultimate Star Wars collecting book. No collector should be without this book." He also recommends Tomart's Price Guide to Worldwide Star Wars Collectibles. ("The bible. Everyone HAS to have a copy of this.")
Have Fun! Ted Whitten P.S. If you're new to eBay, here are some tips. The first thing you'll need to do is register. This is free and easy. You'll have to provide some basic contact information, but that will be kept completely private. Before you bid on an item I highly recommend checking the seller's "feedback rating." This gives you an indication of how the seller has treated other buyers. Almost everybody ends up with a negative review here and there, but too many is a bad sign. Read the negative comments and decide for yourself. Also be sure to check the shipping and payment details. Some unscrupulous sellers charge too much for shipping and handling. P.P.S. If any of these are closer to home for you, consider: eBay Canada, eBay UK, or eBay Australia.
